Galaxy s6 turns itself off when optimizing apps galaxy s6 locked out after fingerprint scanner and google account password are not recognized galaxy s6 won’t boot normally and keeps showing. I started getting this android is starting....optimizing apps 1 of 1. after reading this thread, i found the problem to be zedge. i've used this app for about 6 years, then a recent forced update started causing the error, making my phone take about 15 minutes to boot. i uninstalled zedge and got rid of the problem.. Stuck on 'android is upgrading... starting apps'. help. 32 posts the animation screen just comes up and goes back to android is upgrading... optimizing apps 1 of 1.. starting apps... then it stops there as usual. hi i have same problem with samsung galaxy s6 it stuck with rotating gears i already posted this in a few places so hope so.
Initially, android users did not have this problem, but once version 5.0 lollipop started rolling out, a lot of them started seeing the android optimizing apps message after a reboot. specifically, what they got was “ android is starting. optimizing app 1 of x,” with x being the total number of apps they had.. "android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution. Hello guys, i recently got an s6 edge sprint.. g925p. it went off few days ago and is now stuck in a bootloop. i have wiped cache and data from recovery, still no joy. it comes on.. says android is starting, optimizing app xx of 56...
